We have a passion for food. From Silver Service banqueting to catered dining in your home, our professional chefs and elegant waiting staff will look after your every need. We offer great food perhaps best described as a contemporary approach to classic cuisine. We are also able to recommend an exciting range of Wines and Cocktails that bring out the very best from your chosen Menus.
In the North of England we are privileged to have a vast array of local quality produce, in particular our lamb and beef from the Cumbrian Fells, cheese from local dairies and shrimps from Morecambe Bay. Where possible we purchase our ingredients locally and make the most of these products. We also have our own Farm Shop that retails these specialities at our centre in Silverdale Lancashire (Waterslack Farm Garden Centre, Farm Shop, Cafe and Aquatics).
Our menus show a selection of our dishes and can be adapted to suit your own requirements. We welcome creating special menus for your individual Event.
Tastings can also be organised locally or at one of our own sites. This can include samples of crockery, glassware and linen.
Our links into the media industry and our extensive work for TV and Film enable us to arrange unique ways of organising your Event. Venues that may be inaccessible to other suppliers, equipment that is used by the Stars of TV and Film such as American Trailers, Dining Coaches, Make Up and Wardrobe Trailers, and the ability to work in any location providing basics such as water, electricity and toilets. Plus our team of Chefs, who provide wonderful food to the stars on a daily basis, can cater for you and your guests providing them with the exact same standards.
