Our team has been producing spectacular gala balls for many years. From annual celebrations for associations, institutions and the corporate sector to effective charity awareness and fund raising Events.
Whether you require a traditional and elegant gala ball to entertain a dignitary, a 'let your hair down' high-impact, fun Event or perhaps something in between we always start by listening carefully to you, the Client.
Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements we can then offer you as much or as little involvement according to your wishes. We can assist with finding a suitable venue, selection of menus, wines, themes and room decor, entertainment, logistics (travel accommodation, limousines, etc.) and any other support services as required.
We can also arrange video and photographs of the Event.
Our links into the media industry and our extensive work for TV and Film enable us to arrange unique ways of making your Gala Ball special. Venues that may be inaccessible to other suppliers, equipment that is used by the Stars of TV and Film such as American Trailers, Dining Coaches, Make Up and Wardrobe Trailers, and the ability to work in any location providing basics such as water, electricity and toilets. Add to that a team of Chefs that provide wonderful food to the stars on a daily basis and you have a complete package.
Every Event is bespoke. Customised from start to finish to deliver the specific and precise objectives of each individual client. Whilst we are a creative team we know how to manage this resource and never permit ourselves self indulgence at the Clients expense. We understand the importance of budgetary control and always complete on or within target.
